UPDATING OFFICER INFORMATION
Submit any changes to your Club page using the Contact Form, above.
Please type CLUB NAME in "subject" followed by a brief description (ie. CLUB NAME: Updates, Question, Delete, Error Found, etc.)
If there are a lot of changes, the best thing to do would be to "copy" (CTRL+C) and "paste" (CTRL+V) what's existing on your page, then type in the new information. Please be clear if you want something completely deleted or if you only want to replace specific information.
SUBMITTING CLUB REPORTS
If you wish to format your reports with graphics, fonts, and photos, please submit as a .PDF file. You can do this by selecting this format when you "Save As".
If your report is simply a text document, please format as a .DOC only.
If you ever need to submit an Excel file, please submit as a .XLS only.
These will be forwarded to the Web Administrator once approved by the Club President. Mahalo!
