Outstanding Non-Hawaiian for Service to the Hawaiian Community

The Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs seeks to recognize the efforts and dedication of an outstanding Non-Hawaiian who has supported and furthered the causes of the Hawaiian community for the previous calendar year.
- Only Hawaiian Civic Clubs in good standing with the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs may submit nominations for this award.
- Nomination form MUST be received NO LATER THAN 45 days prior to the Convention start date via the online application and MUST include 1 high resolution photo of nominee. NOTE: Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
- The winner of this prestigious award will be announced at the Annual AOHCC Convention.
Nominees of the Kāko‘o iā Kalaniana‘ole Award will be judged on the following criteria:
- Dedication, active involvement and participation in the Hawaiian community throughout the previous calendar year.
- Contributes, supports, and furthers the causes of the Hawaiian community.
- The nominee reflects Hawaiian values.
